1. It is my first time using PVS! What does PVS offer?

PVS is an intuitive, digital and independant product management software. It helps you have an overall view of the products you are managing, and it helps you with your daily work. 

2. How can PVS help me in my daily work?

With our PVS tool, checking and tracking your own and loaned products is super easy. When you use PVS, you are helping your colleagues and clients around the world, and by doing so, saving time and money for you and your team. Time-consuming paperwork is no longer needed. The software tells you exactly what the processing status is and what is coming next. You are able to surely and efficiently manage and check your products with PVS and the NFC chips, just like that.

3. Do I have to be somewhere special to use PVS?

Thanks to our online platform, PVS is accessible 24/7.
You will always have digital access to our service, anywhere, any time. It is also available as an app for smartphone.
Just install it on your computer, and it’s ready to use. 

4. Do I need a special kind of browser to use PVS online?

No, our service is compatible with all the common browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Opera…). As with Microsoft, we no longer support Internet Explorer. 😊

5. Is it possible to test PVS Plus or PVS Pro for free?

Of course!
A test version of PVS Plus or PVS Pro is available for 30 days, free of charge.

6. Where can I buy PVS Plus or PVS Pro?

7. Is it possible for me to cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, we do not use adhesion contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time, provided the 3-month clause is respected. You can cancel the subscription by email, over the phone or by snail mail.

8. Will my subscription be extended automatically?

Yes, your yearly subscription will be extended automatically. This is to ensure that you will not experience any interruption in your Workspace and can use our service without any problem.

9. Is it possible for me to change my subscription once it has been registered?

10. How sure are my personal data at PVS?

Your personal data are considered most precious to us. In order to protect them, we provide top data safety and security. We take all necessary precautions for the professional protection of your data.
